Inspections Performed By A Licensed General Contractor
All of our inspections are performed by owner Ralph Bertke, who has been a licensed General Contractor for the past 27 years and a Certified Inspector for 21 years.
As a General Contractor, Ralph has not only supervised construction of homes and commercial buildings but has also performed all the trades required. This knowledge is invaluable when performing your inspection.
At the end of the inspection Ralph will show you on average over 300 pictures of your property and will explain the issues he has found. The report is then sent to you that same evening by e-mail.
The reports are very thorough. The reports are computerized and narrative with an average length of about 25 pages. A summary report is included in the front, highlighting the most important issues and conditions found that day.
